I had a pleasant stay overall, as the hotel was in an excellent location with a beautiful view of the church. The room was clean and comfortable, which made my rest enjoyable. The staff was friendly and helpful, making my experience more pleasant, but the service could improve in terms of accommodating guest requests. The dining options were good, but not overly impressive. Overall, it’s a solid value for money.

I had a lovely stay at this hotel with its stunning views of the iconic monastery. The rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable, although they lacked a few expected amenities. This hotel has a fantastic location with stunning views of a beautiful church and is very close to restaurants and shopping, making it convenient for visitors. The rooms, however, have some issues like flaking paint and a broken bed, which made my stay less ideal. The service was friendly and accommodating, though I was surprised that I had to walk quite a distance in the freezing cold for entertainment options. Overall, it's a decent choice if you value location and friendly staff, but there are definitely some areas for improvement.
